About Course
The program teaches you how to assess and improve the three critical factors that determine the performance and resilience of your supply chain:
It covers topics such as:
Capacity ( involves optimizing your inventory levels, demand forecasting, transportation and logistics, and supplier collaboration)
Capability (involves leveraging technology and innovation, such as lean manufacturing, supply chain analytics, and Industry 5.0, to enhance the efficiency and flexibility of your supply chain processes, products, and services)
Competency ( involves developing and applying the skills and knowledge of your supply chain workforce, such as design thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration, to create and execute effective supply chain solutions)
Skills that will enable you reach SC excellence .
Eligibilities
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, such as engineering, business, management, or economics.
A familiarity with supply chain concepts, such as inventory management, demand forecasting, network design, and logistics.
